GDX is the standards-based, federated network that enables MLSs, broker repositories, and real estate organizations to share public listing data across borders. Each node remains authoritative — every market keeps its own rules, branding, and governance.

Immobel is a technology partner to the GDX ecosystem, providing the referral and multilingual layer that sits alongside the data exchange.

What we do for GDX participants.

For any MLS participating in GDX — including Stellar MLS, the first to deploy — Immobel takes the listing data feeds from your elected partner nodes and turns them into something your members can actually use:

  • Ingest the data feeds from each partner node, in whatever languages they arrive.
  • Translate the listings into the languages your members need — at minimum English and Spanish, with the full 19-language library available.
  • Convert prices between currencies and measurements between imperial and metric, where the underlying data supports it.
  • Display the listings inside Global Referral Connect, behind password protection and SSO from your member dashboard.
  • Identify and permission only your members, scoped to the specific data pools you have elected to make available to them.
  • Members search and display listings using familiar criteria — location, price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, advanced features — and see the listing agent’s name and contact information.
  • Members save listings, set alerts for new listings and updates, and contact listing agents through Connect’s translated direct messaging — or use the contact information directly, outside the platform.

This facility is not exclusive. It is offered to every MLS participating in GDX, on terms aligned with each MLS’s existing relationship with Immobel.

Stellar MLS is the first to go live; we are actively extending the same offering to other GDX participants.

For MLSes whose Connect agreement is already in place, the GDX participation layer is included at no additional cost — for as long as the Connect agreement remains active.

Revenue-share upgrade.

Members opt in individually and pay an upgrade fee. Your MLS shares in the revenue. No upfront commitment, no risk on your side — and a new revenue line as adoption grows.
